Arctic White is a high strength white basecoat using only the finest titanium dioxide pigment for fast coverage! Our formulators have incorporated state-of-the-art EVA™ Technology across all Rogue basecoat platforms, serving as the foundation for out Rogue custom color portfolio. Arctic White is also highly recommended to use as the ground coat for Renegade Pearl Basecoats and our Radical FX flakes effect products; Flakes, Dry Pearls, Crystal Flash and Glacier Ice Pearls mixed in RBC.00 FX Carrier. Arctic White can also be reduced as desired for airbrush fades and graphics. RBC.21S can also be simply clear coated using any Rogue Outlaw premium clearcoats for a deep, rich, show quality f inish. All our premium basecoats are factory packaged ready for Coast-To-Coast VOC compliance.
